The Anambra State High Court sitting in Awka has officially postponed the ongoing legal proceedings involving three prominent individuals: Onyebuchi Okocha, popularly known as Onyeze Jesus; Chidozie Nwangwu, also known as Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki; and Ekene Igbokwe Eze, widely referred to as Eke-Hit.

The case, which has drawn significant public and media attention due to the controversial spiritual and social influence of the accused, was scheduled for hearing but has now been adjourned until May 16, 2025.

The reasons for the adjournment were not immediately disclosed by the court, but such delays are often attributed to procedural issues, absence of parties, or the need for additional preparation by legal counsel.

The trio was arrested following the flag off of operation Udo ga achi by Governor Chukwuma Soludo to curb ritualism and criminality in the State.
