Prince Ned Nwoko Accuses Regina Daniels of Drug Abuse and Violence Amid Viral Assault Video

Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, Prince Ned Nwoko, has responded to a viral video allegedly showing him assaulting his actress wife, Regina Daniels, with a public statement accusing her of drug abuse, violent behaviour, and endangering their household.

In a statement titled “Regina’s Unprovoked Carnage and Rampage in My House and in My Absence” on Sunday, Nwoko claimed Regina Daniels’ recent actions are the result of ongoing struggles with drug and alcohol abuse. According to him, the situation has escalated to the point of physical altercations with staff and destruction of property.

“Regina was not always like this,” he wrote. “Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem.”

Nwoko alleged that in the past 48 hours, Daniels slapped and attacked three staff members and caused significant property damage, including smashing windows and damaging cars. He further claimed that her drug use had endangered their son, Moon, whom he said he had to take to the hospital himself after Daniels allegedly failed to do so.

“She even threatened to kill our resident nurse for exposing her drug abuse,” he stated.

Nwoko named two individuals—one “Sammy,” and another referred to as “the tiny evil devil called Ann” as Regina’s alleged drug suppliers, and emphasised his demand for Daniels to continue a rehabilitation program either in Asokoro or abroad in Jordan, where he claims she would have no access to narcotics.

Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem. She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety. Now she has moved to a place where she will have unrestricted access to drugs. I have other wives, and none will ever accuse me of violence. Regina is the violent one here, slapping and hitting 3 staff in the past 48 hours and destroying property, including cars and windows, for no just cause. The truth is, I have set a clear condition for her to accept rehab in Asokoro or outside Nigeria, especially Jordan, where she will not have access to drugs. A clear-headed Regina would have taken Moon to the hospital, but instead, she even threatened to kill our resident nurse(for exposing her drug abuse). While I took Moon to the hospital, a scene of chaos unfolded at home, orchestrated by Sammy, Regina’s main drug supplier. Another known supplier of drugs to Regina is the tiny evil devil called Ann.”

The couple, who have often made headlines since their marriage in 2019, are now at the centre of renewed public scrutiny, with social media users divided over the unfolding drama.

As of now, Regina Daniels has not issued a public response to the accusations.
